Jeni Pain - The Shed by the Stream

In a shed, by a stream, in a little bit of west Wales just outside Aberystwyth I create cheerful and quirky little pieces of art using ceramic, driftwood, beach treasure, scavenged wire and re-purposed fabric.

My work is available to view and purchase at The Bay Gallery in Aberystwyth and in the Tourist Information Centres in Aberaeron, Aberystwyth and Cardigan.

Penny Samociuk

The Bay Gallery, 18 Pier Street, , SA23 2LJ

A love of vibrant happy colours compels me to alter the dull and the dreary into bright and cheerful.  I paint with energy using acrylics and a variety of tools, including finger painting, to produce a feeling of movement throughout all my work.  My work can be seen all year at The Bay Gallery.

Claire Parsons

I live in the small village of Llanfair Clydogau, at the foot of the Cambrian Mountains in Mid-Wales along with my cats, dogs and chickens. My animals and the surrounding countryside and coastline are often the inspiration for my original hand-produced prints.

I like to experiment with different forms of printmaking, including lino-printing, mono-printing, collagraph and drypoint.
