Yvette Brown

Nant, Pantybwlch, , SA38 9JF

My work comes from a need to cram a story into a small space, and an enduring love of the way birds live with us yet inhabit an entirely separate world. I make tiny hand-cast pewter birds displaying their thoughts and feelings, figures enjoying the beach with a gull, and I construct tiny mixed-media stories and hide them inside vintage books.
