Handcrafted Solid Silver jewellery with Turquoise, slate, Copper & Bronze
My jewellery reflects my passion for the coast, sea and beach from where I get most of my inspiration, but it is also influenced by my love of modern Architectural shape and form. It perfectly describes my life - divided between the beach in West Wales and my practice in Lee, London where I worked for 30 years.
I texture, reticulate, and oxidise silver sheet to make earrings, rings, necklaces, brooches and cuffs.
I often combine the silver with Turquoise, brass, copper & bronze- or slate and sea glass from the beach.
My jewellery is bold, large, chunky and sometimes whacky and humourous- and friends may say that also describes me!
The collection also comprises a selection of chunky jewellery for men and a number of abstract beach photographs.
From Tresaith Rd, proceed through Llety Caravan Park. Argraig is a converted railway carriage situated beside the Coastal path on the edge of the cliff.
Alternatively walk the cliff park between Tresaith & Aberporth & you will pass the door.
