Joanna Heneker

I am an artist/illustrator working from my gallery at home where I produce finely detailed paintings in the medium of watercolour, specialising in British wildlife and Botanical art. I am always trying to find the unusual, rarely seen or often overlooked. The subjects covered are never-ending from bees, fungi and flowers to pieces of gnarled bark and crisp dead leaves. My original work is produced as miniature and larger pieces, all incorporating the fine attention to detail which is the hallmark of my work. I show and exhibit my work from my studio gallery at home where you will be able to view work in progress as well as recently completed pieces. Other exhibitions are held throughout the year.
