Kevin Pearse

I engage in still life subjects, portraits and am also inspired to paint in response to the Ceredigion landscape and coastline. I work in oils, acrylics and a variety of mixed media at times' plein air', drawing or producing watercolour notations sometimes in the landscape along with photographic reference material which then informs my studio practice. My emotional response results in figurative or non figurative artworks. Reflecting the beauty of the natural world, often investigating and celebrating the sublime in art. Bandstand Aberystwyth on the 5th- 7th August also at the same venue on the 25th-28th August 2023. The Powerhouse Llandysul on : 28th August - 3rd September 2023 .
