Join us for a gin making experience at the Welsh Wind Distillery and immerse yourself in bespoke gin. Become the distiller and discover your gin.

After an introduction to botanicals, we discuss how to craft a bespoke gin recipe with help from our professional distillers. You then have a chance to operate the still through the heads cut and collect the heart of the run before tasting and bottling your very own gin.

All gins crafted during our experiences can be further personalised with labels; making great gifts for birthdays, special events, or even to treat wedding guests to a one-of-a-kind gin on your big day.

We’ll keep your recipe on file too, ready for when you run out of your new favourite gin. Or for when you want to come back and develop it.
